聞香杯の上に湯呑みを被せるようにして置きます。また、聞香杯と湯呑みを重ねた状態のままひっくり返し、聞香杯に入っている台湾茶を湯呑みに移します。
※陶器が高温ですので、火傷にご注意ください。
Place the teacup on top of the scent cup. Turn the scent cup and teacup upside down together and pour the Taiwanese tea from the scent cup to the teacup.
*The ceramic is pretty hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.

空になった聞香杯には、茶葉本来の香りが残っています。台湾茶は、茶葉によって香りが異なりますので、それぞれの香りを楽しんでいただきたいと考えております。
The empty scent cup still retains the original aroma of the tea leaves. Taiwanese teas have different aromas depending on the tea leaves, and we hope you will enjoy the aroma of each tea leaf.

聞香杯から湯呑みに移した台湾茶の香りと味を、お楽しみください。
※台湾茶は3煎，4煎まで飲めますので、お湯の追加の際はスタッフにお声がけください。
Please enjoy the aroma and taste of the Taiwanese tea transferred from the scent cup to your teacup.
Please ask our staff if you would like to add more hot water for the 3rd and 4th brews of Taiwanese tea.

当店は1煎目と2煎目をまとめており、香りと味をどちらも一気に楽しんでいただけるように工夫しております。
We combine the first and second brews so that you can enjoy both the aroma and taste of the tea at once.
3,4煎目 / 3rd and 4th brew
お湯の追加をご希望の場合は、スタッフまでお声がけください。
Please ask our staff to add hot water for 1 additional brew when the clear glass teapot (chahai) is empty.
